The douglascountydiesel.com Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service which is subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. douglascountydiesel.com MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

1. Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions.
The entire contents of the Site are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks are douglascountydiesel.com. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.

2. Use of the Site.
You understand that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by douglascountydiesel.com, douglascountydiesel.com does not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any way. Except for douglascountydiesel.com identified information, products or services, all information, products and services offered through the Site or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties, that are not affiliated with douglascountydiesel.com. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.

3. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless douglascountydiesel.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.

4. Termination.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), and 5 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

5. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between douglascountydiesel.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.douglascountydiesel.com failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Douglascountydiesel.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Return Policy

At DCD customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item within 15 days from the date received for an exchange, store credit, or credit depending on the products condition. Anything after the 15 days we will handle it case by case.

Shipping is not refundable.
RMA #'s are only valid for 15 days. After 15 days customers have to request and have a new RMA # approved.

Defective Items
In the event an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, DCD will go above and beyond to resolve the issue. Follow our Return Policy to easily handle any returns.

Damaged Items
In the event a package appears damaged during shipping, please take pictures of everything and contact us to get it taken care of.

Exchanges
Items in new condition (including original packaging, paperwork, hardware and instructions) may be returned for exchange. No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges. Shipping Charges occurred for sending original product will not be refunded.

Warranty
DCD does not manufacturer any of the products they carry and therefore do not imply nor offer any warranty on them. All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you’ve purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Return Procedure
    Complete the Returns form.
    Within 24-48 hours our returns department will contact you either via e-mail or phone call.
    Our returns department will issue an RMA# and provide further instructions to complete the return. RMA #'s are only valid for 15 days. After 15 days customers have to request and have a new RMA # approved.
    Preparing your item for shipment:
    a. Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton.
    b. Do not write on the original product packaging itself. Only on the outside shipping carton.
    c. Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
    d. Keep your tracking number until the return process is finalized.
    Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused. A restocking fee up to 15% will be assessed.
    Customer is responsible for shipping cost incurred on returned products. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

* Restocking Fee
All returns for credit will be charged a restocking fee up to 15%. This will cover any original shipping fees, credit card fees, and any other fees associated with the order. Any exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee.

* Reasons/Circumstances a credit will not be issued:
    Product has been installed
    Product is damaged from installation
    Missing parts, manuals, or original packaging
    Seal on electrical part is broken
    Product serial number does not match the original serial number shipped to the buyer
    Product is deemed not re-saleable due to customers actions
    Special Orders are not returnable or refundable.
    DCD will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstance.

* Special restrictions apply to some of our manufacturers.
    PPE – Only returnable if unopened. If an item is opened, used or defective, a RMA number must be obtained from PPE. Once the RMA number is received, please follow our Return Procedure to complete the return.
    S&B – S&B requires a 15% restocking fee on any returned item. This is S&B's policy and out of DCD's control.
    ATS – ATS requires a 25% restocking fee on any returned item. This is something at DCD we have no control over but ATS enforces everyone to charge a 25% restocking fee on any return and we like to be up front with our customers.
    FLO-PRO – Requires a 15% restocking fee on any returned item. If the part has been installed we CANNOT return the product.
    Quadzilla Power – Requires a 20% restocking fee on any returned item. This is Quadzilla's policy and out of DCD's control.
    Titan Fuel Tanks – Requires a 20% restocking fee on any returned item. This is Titan's policy and out of DCD's control.

Shipping Policy

* DCD exclusively ships via UPS/Fed Ex/USPS on all orders considered non truck freight. We only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, DCD reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

* In most cases DCD only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud your billing information must match the credit card you provide. If you want to ship to an address different from your billing address, we require a copy of your driver's license faxed (859-737-1865) or emailed to Dcd@douglascountydiesel.com.

* Shipping Times
    Most products ordered will ship within 1-2 business days. Some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items. DCD has numerous warehouses across the country allowing us to reach 90% of the U.S. within 2 days.
    Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date please contact us toll-free at 720-660-9984.
    Although we take great pride in delivering products quickly, we only guarantee product arrivals on expedited shipping for products that are in stock.
    DCD is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or unforeseen incidents.

* Free Ground or Next Day Air Shipping
    Free Ground or Next Day Air Shipping is available on specially marked products on douglascountydiesel.com. This free shipping offer is good only to US addresses in the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This offer does not apply to truck freight items.
    Specially marked items with Free Next Day Air shipping is not available to Canadian customers. DCD will ship any product listed with Free Next Day Air shipping UPS/Fed Ex Standard Ground free of charge.

* Canadian customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

* APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address) – DCD cannot ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because we exclusively use UPS/Fed Ex/USPS for shipments and they do not allow shipments to these addresses. As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.

Core Policy
What is a Core?
Many stock replacement parts such as turbos, injectors, injection pumps, and high pressure oil pumps have a core charge that is associated with the new replacement part. You must return the old part to receive a refund on the core charge. All cores must be like for like and include all parts and pieces that were received on your new replacement product.

Core Return Label
The core return label is a new option offered by DCD to customers that buy products that have a core charge. For a small fee DCD will send you a core return tag either to your email or right to your mail box. This will save you money on the return shipping and will make sure your cores get returned correctly. The label will be insured to protect your core. This will make it a complete hassle free process. No upfront Core Charge
No upfront Core Charge DCD has implemented a policy on many products that eliminates the upfront core charge at time of purchase reducing out of pocket expense to the consumer on some products. On parts that are not charged core you will have 14 business days from the time of receipt of the product to get the core back to DCD. You will be sent a pre-paid shipping label separate through email. If you have any problems contact Dcd@douglascountydiesel.com.

PayPal & All Other Non-Credit Card Orders
All non-credit card orders, such as PayPal, and eBay will require that we have a credit card on file on orders with no core value. The on file credit card will not be charged unless the core is not returned in the specified time frame. A DCD Sales Agent will contact you to obtain a credit card for your order.

Core Physical Condition
All cores must be in re-buildable condition to receive a full refund of the core charge. There are some conditions that you will not receive full credit. On these conditions it is up to the manufacture on the amount of credit issued.

    Burnt
    Water Damage
    Broken
    Disassembled
    Missing parts and/or pieces

Core Charge Timeline

    If the core is returned after 30 days, 90% of the core will be refunded.
    If the core is returned after 60 days, 70% of the core will be refunded.
    If the core is returned after 90 days, 50% of the core will be refunded.
    After 6 months cores will be accepted at DCD's discretion

Core Return Procedure

    Please keep all original packaging of your new item to be used for the core return.
    Drain all fluids: oil, fuel, etc. out of the core before it is returned.
    Place any plastic plugs or caps received on the new item back onto the core.
    To insure UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS will not reject the package due to fuel or oil leakage, please put inside and wrap in plastic garbage bag.
    Place core inside the box.
    If there was core return paperwork inside the box, please complete the form and send back with the core.
    DCD provides a pre-paid shipping label for any product that does not require an upfront core charge. This is usually sent to the billing address provided within 2-4 business days via US Postal Service.
        If you are charged for the core upfront you are responsible for the shipping charges on the core. You can use any shipping provider you prefer. We recommend using someone with tracking numbers.

*If you are charged for the core upfront you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

*If for any reason, you decide to return the part, DO NOT use the return label provided because it will be processed as a core.

*Customers outside the continental US (lower 48 states) will be responsible for shipping the core back. UPS return service labels can only be sent to customers in the lower 48 US states.

*If you are responsible for shipping the core back to DCD, please provide a tracking number to Dcd@douglascountydiesel.com. Without a confirmed tracking number, we cannot guarantee your core refund.

Privacy Policy
You and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to report how your ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to your site.

We may share your email addresses with a third party company, Shopper Approved, to collect customer reviews. The feedback from our customers is used to ensure that DCD continues to provide quality products and excellent service that our customers deserve.
